I would like to recommend Penelope Rollston our land agent.Her warm personality made this a positive experience.  We chose her because of her high personal selling history and years of experience.Pen's photographer provided excellent photos of the house and Pen had open homes every week, plus appointments.Unfortunately, due to sickness and lack of EPOA, the sale was delayed.However Pen was a great support, answering my myriad of questions patiently.I got to know Pen better than one might in this business setting and found her ability to go the extra mile indispensable.I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell.
